What to expect?
Somatic Movement
Yin Yoga
Womb Meditation
We begin by gently opening the hips through somatic spiralling movement to soften and release stored tension. This kind of hip movement has been used by women across cultures for centuries, supporting emotional release and nervous system regulation. It prepares the body to deepen into the yoga that follows.
From there, I'll guide you through a few Yin Yoga Poses, with focus on hips and heart opening. we will stay long enough to soften and release whatever needs to shift or move. No pushing or striving, just allowing the body to open and soften where necessary>
We will then return to stillness with a grounding, womb-centered meditation, bringing awareness back to the center of the body and integrating what has been released. After the meditation there will be a moment and space to share or reflect, this is optional. Presence is enough.
