A collective initiation into union and remembrance. To understand the Matriarchal way, we must first understand the polarity of this world. The dance between yin and yang, feminine and masculine, creation and destruction. Only by seeing both clearly we can learn how to restore balance.

The Rhythm of the Moon

Our current society runs on solar time: linear and focused on productivity. The moon teaches us a different rhythm, one that ebbs and flows. This circle explores how working with the moon phases restores a more harmonious rhythm for body, mind and time itself.

The female body is designed to move in seasons, not to perform in the same way every day. In this circle, we'll explore how to live in tune with the phases of the menstrual cycle. We'll also touch on the life season of women, maiden-mother-crone, and how to integrate them in our current society.

The Plant Allies

Plants have always been our teachers, healers and guides. In this circle we'll explore how to work with herbs, food and plant medicine as our allies for balance and vitality. By understanding their intelligence, we remember that nature has always offered exactly what we need for body, mind and spirit.
This is the first circles line-up. From here the movement will keep expanding with guest speakers and evolving form as the community expands.
The Matriarchs Vision
This movement is not about me. It’s an open invitation for everyone to share what they know, what they’ve lived and what they’ve learned. It’s a call to bring back sharing into our daily lives, whether that means passing on wisdom to your community, exchanging food with your neighbors or simply gathering your friends to connect and support each other. I see this movement growing far beyond one space or one person. Imagine hundreds of small circles forming around the world, each one rooted in generosity, care, and shared abundance. That’s how we begin to heal the world, together.
Throughout my own life, I’ve often hit the walls of patriarchy, disconnection and exhaustion. For years, I believed I was the one who needed to change to fit in, to do more, to be more. But I’ve learned it’s not us who are broken. It’s the structure around us that needs rebuilding.
Matriarchs is my call to begin that rebuilding, to be the change, to model another way.
